Great Sphinx

The Tobu World Square is an impressive theme park, located in Nikko, Japan, in the eastern part of the Tochigi prefecture. Situated near Kinugawa Onsen and about 2.5 hours north of Tokyo, Tobu World Square draws an influx of people yearly. The park boasts 102 stunning iconic replicas (from 21 countries) constructed on a 1/25thscale. The preciseness of the models is remarkable. Check out the FREE MAP at the end of the blog.
The park is divided up in 6 zones. The park begins with the modern Japan Zone. In this zone, you can find the following: Tokyo Skytree Town, the Diet Building, Akasaka Palace, Tokyo Dome, The Narita Airport, and so forth.
The second zone is the America Zone. In this zone, you can find the Statue of Liberty, The World Trade Center Tower Buildings, Central Park, The White House, and so forth.

The third zone is the Asia Zone. In this Zone, there is the Taj Mahal, The Temple of Heaven, The Great Wall of China, Taipei 101, and so forth.

The fourth zone is the Egypt Zone. There you can find the Pyramid of Menkaure, the Pyramid of Khafre, the Pyramid of Khufu, Great Sphinx, and the Great Temple of Abu Simbel.

The fifth zone is the Europe Zone. In this zone, you can find the Parthenon, the Colosseum, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Eiffel Tower, St. Vasillie Church, and so forth.

The park ends with the sixth zone, the Japan Zone. In this zone, you can find the Nijo-jo Castle Ninomaru Palace, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Itsukushima Shrine, Himeji Castle, the Sapporo Clock Tower, and so forth.

How to get to Tobu World Square
Buses
There are buses that operate from Kinugawa Onsen Station to Tobu World Square. Click here for the Bus schedule.
Train
From Kinugawa Onsen Station, take the Tobu-Kinugawa Line enroute to Shimo-Imaichi and exit on the first stop at the Tobu World Square Station. The station is about a several minutes walk from the Tobu World Square.
Car
From Tokyo Station, you can reach the Tobu World Square in 2 hours and 5 minutes.
