Updated: Mar 19

Touring Tokyo and a Journey through Japan-- these are two books I have written about my travels in Japan. Check these out!!!

Located in the central part of Sapporo is the famous Tanukikoji Shopping street, which draws like a magnet an influx of people on a yearly basis. Translated in English, Tanuki means raccoon dog and koji translates as street. Essentially the street is called Raccoon dog street evidenced by raccoon statues in the area.

The Tanukioji Shopping street is considered one of the oldest and amazing shopping streets in Hokkaido, and it consists of approximately 200 kinds of restaurants and shops. There are a variety of amazing restaurants and shops on the street that you could easily spend an entire day there.
